Company Profile

Built in Wenzhou. Growing With Converters Since 2005.

Yaoshg Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. started as a flexographic press workshop in Rui'an, Wenzhou. Twenty years on, we remain a company defined by how we listen on the plant floor—and by the milestones our customers achieve with our equipment.

Our Origin

A Wenzhou Workshop Built Around Real Production Problems

In 2005, Yaoshg was not founded to fill a product catalog—it was founded to solve registration drift, ink waste, and changeovers that cost converters money every shift.

Rui'an sits at the center of China's packaging machinery industry—a place where machinists, engineers, and factory owners share the same language of tension, register, and uptime. Our founders came from that world. They knew that a flexographic press would be judged not on a brochure speed figure, but on whether it still ran cleanly after a humid weekend, a material change, or a new operator on the night crew.

Those early years were spent in the assembly hall with customers' maintenance teams—adjusting unwind tension, chasing ghosting on thin film, and shaving minutes off makeready. Every fix that held up in production became part of how Yaoshg designed the next machine. That habit of learning from the floor never left the company.

By 2008, Yaoshg presses were running daily shifts across East China. By 2013, the first export installations in Southeast Asia proved our designs could adapt to different climates, substrates, and operator practices. The company had a identity: engineering partners who stayed after delivery—not vendors who disappeared once the invoice was paid.

How We Grew

Three Decisions That Expanded Yaoshg Beyond the Press Deck

Flexographic printing remains our engineering core—the stack, CI, sleeve gear-driven CI, gearless servo CI, and woven bag flexographic printing systems series grew from stack presses for daily flexible packaging runs into CI and in-line platforms. Each expansion below followed a customer question we could not answer with flexo alone.

2005–2012

Prove the Model on the Press Floor

The first chapter was single-minded: build flexo presses that converters would reorder. Domestic market references grew through word of mouth—factories that hit their speed targets, held register on repeat jobs, and called us when they wanted a second line.

Export began in earnest around 2013. Commissioning in Southeast Asia and the Middle East taught us to document voltage, language, and service expectations before machines left Wenzhou—habits that still shape how we manage international projects.

Follow the Line Upstream and Downstream

Export customers rarely bought a press in isolation. They asked which slitter paired with their CI line, whether laminating could match their film structures, and how plate mounting affected color on the next job. Yaoshg responded by building structured pre-press, gravure, and post-press portfolios—and by learning to scope integrated layouts, not single machines.

This chapter was about earning the right to advise on whole plants. How we machine, assemble, and test that equipment is told on our Manufacturing page—not here.

2019–Today

Close the Loop to Finished Bags

Bag making completed the story our customers were already living: printed and converted roll stock becoming T-shirt bags, courier mailers, food pouches, and paper carry bags. We added plastic, non-woven, and paper bag lines because sealing, handles, and stack quality matter as much as ink laydown.

Which industries and project patterns those lines serve today is documented on our Applications page—where real converter jobs replace abstract product lists.

Mission & Values

What We Stand For—and Where We Are Headed

Growth changed our product range. These principles did not.

Mission

Deliver reliable flexible packaging machinery that helps converters improve productivity, print quality, and operational efficiency—with engineering and service that extend far beyond delivery day.

Vision

Become the export partner converters trust for integrated flexible packaging production—from plate preparation to finished bag—without sacrificing the flexo engineering discipline we were founded on.

Uptime Is a Design Requirement

Accessible service points, stable control architectures, and components chosen for continuous duty—not showroom demonstrations.

Honest Application Guidance

The right machine fits your material, speed target, and operator team—not our quarterly sales target.

Integration Over Isolation

We plan lines as workflows: what happens at the unwind affects the sealer at the end of the hall.

Long-Term Partnership

Commissioning is a beginning. Documentation, spare parts, and responsive support define the relationship that follows.

Our Story

From a Wenzhou Workshop to a Full Packaging Machinery Line

What follows is not a brochure timeline—it is how Yaoshg actually grew: one converter problem at a time, from stack flexo presses to gravure, laminating, slitting, bag making, and paper containers.

Yaoshg was founded in 2005 in Rui'an, Wenzhou. The milestones below follow real product families we build today—stack and CI flexo, rotogravure, post-press converting, bag lines, and paper container equipment.

Two colors, one promise

Yaoshg Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. opens in Rui'an with a small team machining stack-type flexo frames. Local converters brought scrap rolls on weekends; we chased ghosting and tension until the press held register on their film—not ours.

Our first machines were 2- and 4-color stack flexo units for daily flexible packaging runs in East China.

We still measure progress the way our first customers did: whether the line you bought runs the way we signed on the commissioning report—shift after shift.

“Yaoshg today is a full-line flexible packaging machinery manufacturer—but we measure success the same way we did in 2005: whether your line runs the way we promised on the commissioning report, month after month.”
