Manufacturing

Machined, Assembled, and Run-Off Tested Before It Leaves Wenzhou.

Yaoshg does not outsource its core platforms. Flexographic presses, converting modules, and bag making lines are built on one campus—by teams who repeat the same architectures every week and sign off every machine on the test floor before crating.

Campus Overview

35,000 Square Meters From CNC Cut to Export Crate

Converters judge manufacturers by Monday-morning register—not a brochure speed figure. Our Rui'an campus combines machining, three dedicated assembly halls, run-off bays, and export staging under one roof.

Project managers, fitters, and electricians share the same floor. Incoming components pass inspection gates before assembly. Finished machines move from test bay to crating without leaving the site.

Our company story

Three Assembly Halls · One Campus

Each product family has its own hall, jigs, and acceptance habits.

Stack, CI, and in-line flexographic presses assembled with overhead capacity for cylinder modules and drying tunnels. The stack, CI, sleeve gear-driven CI, gearless servo CI, and woven bag flexographic printing systems series follow repeatable workflows within each architecture family.

Every press leaves with documented anilox handling, tension setup, and color-deck alignment records.

  • Registration calibration before hall exit
  • Shared jigs within stack, CI, and in-line families
  • Series specs on product pages—not duplicated here

What We Build Here

Four Production Lines · One Manufacturing Standard

In-house assembly for core platforms—not contract manufacturing for anonymous brands.

Production Pipeline

Six Stages From Purchase Order to Export-Ready

Documented path for single presses and multi-machine lines alike.

  • Engineering release & hall assignment · BOM, suppliers, flexo / converting / bag routing
  • Fabrication & incoming inspection · CNC, welding, component sampling
  • Mechanical assembly & stage sign-off · torque records, alignment sheets
  • Electrical integration & safety validation · panel mount, PLC/HMI, interlocks
  • Run-off testing & factory acceptance · FAT checklists, optional customer witness
  • Finishing, crating & dispatch · serial records travel with the machine
