Roll Die Punching Machine with Inline Creasing
Adds inline creasing ahead of die punching and stripping so cup fans receive water lines or crease profiles in one pass. Waste discharges laterally while finished fans collect at the machine front—suited to shaped cup stock after flexo printing.

Inline Creasing
Water Lines & Fold Profiles Before Punch
Creasing runs on the same roll path as punching—eliminating a secondary offline scoring pass for cup plants that require sidewall fold lines or water-line impressions on printed fans.
- 120–450 GSM PE-coated cup stock
- ±0.10 mm punch precision
- 300 strokes/min class throughput

Separated good product and scrap paths
Finished cup fans accumulate at the front of the machine for operator or conveyor pickup. Stripped waste exits through a side discharge path—keeping the collection zone clear during high-speed runs.
