A fully integrated laminating line that combines unwind, corona treatment, extrusion coating, composite nip, edge trim, and rewind in one footprint. Built for cup stock, label facestock, and flexible packaging converters who need repeatable PE coat weights from 0.01–0.10 mm on 600–1700 mm finished widths.

Integrated Line
Unwind Through Laminate, Trim & Rewind
PLC and HMI centralize machine, electrical, and pneumatic functions. Photoelectric web guiding, corona treatment, digital line speed, and automatic constant tension keep coat weight stable on cup stock and flexible packaging webs.
